1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you:

2. Services & Products
a. Detailing Services

Booking: Appointments are confirmed only after payment or deposit.

Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service for excessively soiled or hazardous vehicles.

Cancellations: Cancel 24+ hours prior to avoid fees (see Section 6).
b. Detailing Kits & Accessories

Product Results: While our kits are pro-grade, outcomes depend on proper use. We provide guides but cannot guarantee DIY results.

Chemical Safety: Always follow instructions. We’re not liable for misuse, damage, or allergic reactions.

Stock Availability: Orders are fulfilled based on current inventory. Backorders will be communicated promptly.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You’re entitled to:

A repair, replacement, or refund for faulty/damaged products or services.

Compensation for losses caused by our failure to meet consumer guarantees.

Our 30-Day Shine Guarantee (for kits) operates alongside your ACL rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
Extreme Auto is not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, vehicle downtime).

Pre-existing damage uncovered during detailing (e.g., scratches under dirt).

Improper use of products (e.g., using wheel cleaner on paint).

"Acts of God" (hail, storms) after leaving our care.
5. Returns & Refunds
Services:

No refunds for completed work. Re-do requests must be made within 48 hours.
Products:

30-Day Shine Guarantee: Unhappy with your kit? Return it (undamaged) for a full refund.

Faulty Items: Email INFO@EXTRMEAUTODETAILING@GMAIL.COM for replacements.

Change of Mind: Buyer covers return shipping.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Mobile Detailing: Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours prior to avoid a $50 fee.

Workshop Appointments: Late cancellations forfeit deposits.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, guides, images) is owned by Extreme Auto. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Payment & Orders

Prices: AUD, inclusive of GST.

Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay.

Order Cancellation: We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:

Scrape data or disrupt site functionality.

Post fake reviews or spam.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by South Australian law. Disputes will be resolved in SA courts.
